"sleep early, wake up early' relived

After reading this article, I've decided to start doin what I've always wanted to do, which is joining the world of the early-risers.

My target is wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning everyday, while sleeping at around 10-11 pm thus giving me 7-6 hrs of sleep every night.

One of my main problems before is disciplining myself to sleep early, and i point the blame entirely on the computer. Therefore, new rule: NO COMPUTER AFTER ISYAK!!
